Fall 2024 Meeting:  September 11-13 | Colorado Springs, Colorado

The Fall 2024 Meeting will be held September 13-15 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, hosted by Jim Broyles.  Below you will find links to easily book your hotel room and to register for the meeting.  Check back for additional information about the Fall Meeting.

MNAEA members and guests will be staying at the Hyatt Place Colorado Springs Downtown.  We have negotiated a meeting rate of $189/night for both Wednesday, September 11 and Thursday, September 12.  It is important that you only book your rooms by using the official reservations link, so we receive credit towards our room block.  DO NOT book your room through a third party travel site such as Expedia, Travelocity, etc.   RESERVE YOUR ROOM BY CLICKING HERE.

In addition to booking your hotel room, your will need to register for the Fall Meeting, pay the meeting fees, and and pay your semi-annual membership dues.  REGISTER FOR THE MEETING HERE.

For each meeting, current members are expected to do presentations to the group.  You can present on a variety of topics to include: best sales initiative; organizational structure; incentive plans; creative approaches to winning new business; training and sales development programs; profitable event ideas; and client retention strategies to name a few. Ideas will be judged in two areas — Most Innovative Idea and Best Revenue Driver.  You are encouraged to share anything you are most proud of over the past 6 months.  There is not a specific template you are required to use, but please include detailed information on your slide (success, general information, contact information, etc.).

Members and guests should plan to arrive Wednesday, September 11 and plan to depart after 1:00 pm, Friday, September 13.
