Spring 2025 Meeting: March 19-21 | New Orleans
The Spring 2025 Meeting will be held March 19-21 in New Orleans, hosted by Jim Broyles. Members and guests will be staying at the Virgin Hotels New Orleans which is within walking distance to the NOLA offices, where our meetings will be held. Jim and his team have negotiated a room rate of $209 per night. It is important that you book your rooms through the link below — this is how we receive credit for our room block. DO NOT book through a third party travel site such as Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, etc. The deadline to reserve your room is Monday, February 17. Dining plans for our time in New Orleans are still being finalized.

At each meeting we spend a significant amount of time in a Q&A session — these are questions provided by the members. Please be sure to fill out your Q&A questionnaire that will be provided by the Sergeant at Arms. In addition, all members will be asked to do a presentation to the group on topics of your choice which could include revenue ideas, new business development, cost savings initiatives, incentive plans, processes, contests, etc. Presentations should not exceed 10 minutes.
Members and guests should plan to arrive Wednesday, March 19 and plan to depart after 1:00 pm, Friday, March 21.
