Fall 2025 Meeting: September 17-19 | Frederick, Maryland
The Fall 2025 Meeting will be held September 17-19 in Frederick, Maryland, hosted by Connie Hastings. Members and guests will be staying at the Visitation Hotel Frederick in downtown Frederick. Meetings on Thursday and Friday will be held at the hotel. Connie has negotiated a room rate of $159 per night. It is important that you book your rooms through the link below — this is how we receive credit for our room block. DO NOT book through a third party travel site such as Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, etc. The deadline to reserve your room is Friday, August 15.

Connie has planned some wonderful meals during our stay. The Wednesday night optional dinner will be held at Wye Oak Tavern at Visitation Hotel. Thursday’s lunch will be at the Wine Kitchen on the Creek and dinner Thursday night will be at Liberty Road Seafood. Additional optional outings are planned including a Ghost Tour and a visit to the National Museum of Civil War Medicine. More information will be coming on these options.
The preferred airport to use is Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI). It is approximately an hour drive from Frederick and Connie has arranged for a group shuttle service. More information will be coming about this in the near future.
In addition to booking your room, YOU MUST also register for the meeting and pay your membership dues. We are in the process of updating our payment portal, so instructions for registration fees and membership dues will be forthcoming.
At each meeting we spend a significant amount of time in a Q&A session — these are questions provided by the members. Please be sure to fill out your Q&A questionnaire that will be provided by the Sergeant at Arms. In addition, all members will be asked to do a presentation to the group on topics of your choice which could include revenue ideas, new business development, cost savings initiatives, incentive plans, processes, contests, etc. Presentations should not exceed 10 minutes.
Members and guests should plan to arrive Wednesday, September 17 and plan to depart after Noon, Friday, September 19.
